Which calls are billable?
A live transfer answered on your intake line, from a caller who passed every qualifier line, connected for 120 seconds or more on PI and MVA or 180 seconds or more on mass tort. Busy, unanswered and voicemail calls, callers outside your states and repeat calls from the same number within 30 days are never billed, and neither are wrong numbers, spam, sales calls or job seekers.
What if a call didn't meet the qualifier?
Flag it within 3 business days. We review the recording and transcript, and if the caller missed a qualifier line, the call is credited.
Which states do you cover?
Calls come in nationwide, and only callers in the states you choose reach your line. PI and MVA calls route by the state where the accident happened, and mass tort calls by the state where the caller lives. Add or remove a state whenever your licensing or dockets change.
Which mass tort dockets are available?
Dockets open and close often, so we confirm them with you directly. Tell us the dockets your firm is taking, and we'll tell you which ones we're screening callers for now.
Do callers know they're being connected to a law firm?
Yes. Before the transfer, the caller hears that they're being connected to a law firm that handles cases in their state. Screeners don't give legal advice, estimate what a claim is worth or promise representation.
Where and when do calls ring?
Calls transfer to the number you give us: your intake line, your answering service or your dialer queue. They come in only during the intake hours you set, including nights and weekends if your team takes them.
